Service Terms

ConnectingPM

 

These Service Terms ("Terms") govern your access to, and the use of the services provided by ConnectingPM ("Company") and its products, including TalentOcean, Masterclasses, Consulting and Coaching (collectively, "Products"). By accessing or using any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms:

 

1.    General Terms

 

This ConnectingPM Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between ConnectingPM, with offices at Amaliastraat 12, Amsterdam, The Netherlands 1052 GN with Chamber of Commerce No. NL68721129 and the entity agreeing to this Agreement (“Client”, “Agent”, “Customer” or “Professional”).

 

This Agreement is effective for ConnectingPM Consultations, Coaching, Training, TalentOcean and 3rd Party Services under the identification of "ConnectingPM" (also referred to as a “Company” or “Supplier”) or "TalentOcean" (as a product), “Consulting” (as a service) and “Coaching” (as a service). Where necessary, indicators (“check boxes”) are applicable as the date an Agreement is countersigned (the “Effective Date”).

 

If the Client does not have the legal authority to bind the Clients’ employer or the applicable entity please do not click the “I Accept the Terms and Conditions” indicators (“check boxes”) or, if applicable, do not sign or indicate acceptance of this Agreement.

 

By using the Service, the Client represents and warrants that the Client meets all the requirements listed below, and that the Client won’t use the Service in a way that violates any laws or regulations. Note that by representing and warranting, the Clients are making a legally enforceable promise.

 

2.   Eligibility

 

This Agreement governs Client access to and the use of the Services as ordered in the applicable Subscription or Purchase Order Form. If the Client is accepting on behalf of the Client employer or another entity, the Client represents and warrants that they:

 

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old will full legal authority to bind your company, – your employer or the applicable entity to this Agreement.
  • Complete indicated ordering process(es).
  • Agree to this Agreement.
  • Provide true, complete, and up-to-date contact and billing information.
  • Not be – either individually or as part of a group, entity or state - subject to EU, US and UN sanctions, embargoes, and bans that prohibit the use of this Service.

 

3.   Description of Services

 

ConnectingPM provides a range of services that support the professional development and growth of individuals and organizations. These services include:

 

  • TalentOcean: A platform that provides IT Human Resources assessments, appraisals, career advice, training, mentoring, coaching, performance management, progress reporting and hiring (job profile) services through skills-based processes and methods.
  • TalentOcean for Learners and Professionals: A service which helps IT individuals understand their skills and experience through work-based scenarios across multiple soft skills areas, providing assessments, appraisals, profiles, career advice, training, mentoring, coaching, self-study guides and – where appropriate – access to apply for job/role profiles and performance improvement planning.
  • TalentOcean for Supervisors: A service which supports a data model listing of TalentOcean Services.
  • TalentOcean for Recruiters: A service which supports the creation and publication of skills-based job/role profiles, with the means to accept, reject, select, filter and communicate directly with applicants on the platform.
  • Consulting: A service that provides either direct expert advice and support on a range of IT skills and competencies or through authorized 3rd party providers for the same.
  • Coaching: A service that provides either individual expert coaching or mentoring on a range of IT skills and competencies or through authorized 3rd party providers for the same.
  • Training: A service that provides either individual expert training modules or courses on a range of IT skills and competencies or through authorized 3rd party providers for the same.
  • Self-Study Guides: A series of white paper documents, supporting the study of the soft skills and competencies listed for the IT industry, made available to IT Learners and Professionals.

 

4.   Use of Services

 

You may only use our Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:

 

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of our Services or expose them to liability.

 

5.   User Accounts

 

In order to use our Services, you will need to create an account with us through a subscription or payment service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.

5.a. Microsoft Account Validation & Subscriptions

TalentOcean operates as a Microsoft PowerApps Solution. Subscriptions are based on customer's utilizing a Microsoft Business Account. If the customer's Microsoft Account is not a Business Account, an upgrade will be required or you may request a refund which will be actioned within 3 business days.

 

6.   Intellectual Property

 

The Company owns all intellectual property rights in our Products and Services, including but not limited to:

 

·       Skills Assessment Questions and Answer Sets.

·       Skills Appraisal Narratives.

·       Personal Career Advice Narratives.

·       Skills Definition Narratives.

·       Profile Document Templates.

·       Skills-Based Job/Role Profile Templates.

·       Performance Reporting and Performance Improvement Planning (PIP) Templates.

·       Self-Study Guides.

·       Support Guides, FAQ, Help and Support Materials.

 

You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

 

7.   Payment Methods

 

A valid payment method of a credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer is required to process the payment for the Service. The Client shall provide ConnectingPM with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, country, a valid payment method along with the completed Order form.

 

By submitting an Order form and payment information, the Client automatically authorizes ConnectingPM as a Company or TalentOcean as a Product of that Company, to charge all Service fees and individually itemized packages or services incurred through the Client account to any such payment instruments.

 

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, ConnectingPM will issue an electronic invoice indicating that the Client must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

 

8.   Coupons and Free Trial Offers

 

At the discretion of ConnectingPM, Clients may be offered discounted services through pre-defined Coupon codes. This includes – but is not limited to – the following:

 

  • Campaign Offers (a pre-defined discount percentage off the Service).
  • Pilot Scheme "Free-Trial" Offers (a limited-time offer for a "free" Service).

 

Coupons and Free Trial offers are valid for one-time use only by the recipient intended.

 

9.   TalentOcean for Learners and Professionals

 

Product Description

 

TalentOcean for Learners and Professionals delivers:

 

  • A subscription or single purchase registration process for billing purposes.
  • Access to TalentOcean for Learners and Professionals – an IT Human Resources Platform.
  • Dashboard services, providing an overview and status of assessments, role submissions, messaging and other aspects across the Platform.
  • The collection of personal contact details and recent job history, along with relevant information to assist in the build of a Professional Profile.
  • An assessment process including the ability to complete up to (50) soft skills relating to all areas of the IT Industry, which are available based on subscription types.
  • Appraisals and career advice per soft skill assessment, coupled with supporting services including; skills definitions, coaching, training, mentoring and self-study guides which are available on a subscription or single purchase basis.
  • Where appropriate; subscription to the TalentOcean platform, including matching and access to apply for Talent Roles (job postings).
  • The production and provision of a profile and appraisal document which is compiled for registrants based upon completion of assessments and their profile data via the platform interface, on a subscription or single purchase basis.
  • Where appropriate within the subscription options; the ability to apply for Roles / jobs using skills-based methods, via the platform provisions.

10. TalentOcean for Professional Supervisors

 

TalentOcean for Professional Supervisors delivers:

 

  • A subscription registration process for billing purposes, coupled with the ability to pre-purchase seat licenses for “claimed” supervised professionals within an organization.
  • Access to TalentOcean for Professional Supervisors – an IT Human Resources Platform.
  • Dashboard services, providing an overview and status of staff assessments, appraisals, performance management, performance improvement plans (PIP),  messaging and other aspects across the Platform.
  • The ability to request copies of staff Professional Profiles, based on subscription or single purchase basis.
  • An assessment process for Supervisors and staff including the ability to complete up to (50) soft skills relating to all areas of the IT Industry, which are available based on subscription types.
  • Appraisals and career advice for staff, per soft skill assessment, coupled with supporting services including; skills definitions, coaching, training, mentoring and self-study guides which are available on a subscription or single purchase basis.

10. TalentOcean for Learner Supervisors

TalentOcean for Learner Supervisors delivers:

 

  • A subscription registration process for billing purposes, coupled with the ability to pre-purchase seat licenses for “claimed” supervised learners within a faculty, college, university or learning organization.
  • Access to TalentOcean for Learner Supervisors – an IT Human Resources Platform.
  • Dashboard services, providing an overview and status of learner assessments, appraisals, progress management, progress improvement plans (PIP),  messaging and other aspects across the Platform.
  • The ability to request copies of Learner Profiles, based on subscription volumes or single purchase basis.
  • An assessment process for Supervisors and learners including the ability to complete up to (50) soft skills relating to all areas of the IT Industry, which are available based on subscription volume types.
  • Appraisals and career advice for learners, per soft skill assessment, coupled with supporting services including; skills definitions, coaching, training, mentoring and self-study guides which are available on subscription volumes or single purchase basis.

 

11. TalentOcean for Recruiters

 

TalentOcean for Recruiters delivers:

 

  • A single subscription registration process for billing purposes.
  • Access to TalentOcean for Recruiters – an IT Human Resources Platform.
  • Dashboard services, providing the means to create, publish, unpublish, amend and advertise skills-based roles / job profiles for display and use with existing TalentOcean professionals on the platform.
  • The means to identify, select, filter, contact and review profiles for professional applicants, matching skills-based requirements, based on subscription volumes or single purchase basis.
  • The ability to request copies of applicant Profiles, based on subscription or single purchase basis.
  • An assessment process for recruiters including the ability to complete up to (50) soft skills relating to all areas of the IT Industry, which are available based on subscription types.
  • Appraisals and career advice for recruiters, per soft skill assessment, coupled with supporting services including; skills definitions, coaching, training, mentoring and self-study guides which are available on a subscription or single purchase basis.

 

12. TalentOcean for Professional Recruiters

 

TalentOcean for Professional Recruiters delivers:

 

  • A subscription registration process for billing purposes, coupled with the ability to pre-purchase seat licenses for invited applicants from the IT industry.
  • Access to TalentOcean for Professional Recruiters – an IT Human Resources Platform.
  • Dashboard services, providing the means to create, publish, unpublish, amend and advertise skills-based roles / job profiles for display and use with both invited and existing TalentOcean professionals on the platform.
  • The means to identify, select, filter, contact and review profiles for professional applicants, matching skills-based requirements, based on subscription volumes or single purchase basis.
  • The ability to request copies of applicant Profiles, based on subscription or single purchase basis.
  • An assessment process for recruiters including the ability to complete up to (50) soft skills relating to all areas of the IT Industry, which are available based on subscription types.

·        Appraisals and career advice for recruiters, per soft skill assessment, coupled with supporting services including; skills definitions, coaching, training, mentoring and self-study guides which are available on a subscription or single purchase basis.

 

13. General Terms for TalentOcean

 

The following terms apply to your use of TalentOcean:

 

  • You may re-utilize the content of purchased TalentOcean Profiles, without change. Where changes may have been applied, the resultant document is not the responsibility of ConnectingPM.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of TalentOcean.
  • You acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or information provided by TalentOcean Profiles, Certificates and Qualifications provided by Professionals on the Platform.

 

By registering with TalentOcean, you consent that your application, assessment and profile data can be accessed  by registered and verified users (Professional Supervisors, Learner Supervisors and Recruiters) published on the Platform, shared with persons and organizations seeking qualified Professionals for employment vacancies (“Clients”) and who make purchases on behalf of multiple other parties and employment intermediaries (“Employers” or “Customers”). ConnectingPM may also act as an employment broker on behalf of Clients who purchase such services through their affiliates. You acknowledge and agree that your license to use the Platform is automatically revoked if you attempt to use the Platform for any other purpose. If you access or use the Platform in your capacity as an employee or other representative of an Employer or Recruiter, you agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and the applicable Employer, as applicable, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such Employer, as applicable, to this Agreement.

 

We may change this Agreement by notifying you of such changes by reasonable means, including by posting a revised Agreement on the Website. Such changes will not apply to any claim prior to the date we post the revised Agreement containing such changes or if we have otherwise notified you of such changes. Visiting or using the Platform after any changes to this Agreement confirms your acceptance of such changes. The Last Updated section will indicate when this Agreement was last modified. We may change or discontinue all or any part of the Platform (including access to the Platform through external links) at any time and without liability; charge, change or waive any fees required to use the Website; or provide opportunities to some or all users of the Website.

 

TalentOcean Assessments are online questionnaires for the provision and assessment and appraisal of soft skills for the IT Industry through the Platform. After you submit a TalentOcean Assessment and apply for Role  or job vacancy, a Recruiter may obtain your profile, assessments and appraisal, on request.

 

A TalentOcean Assessment is solely intended to evaluate personal, professional and project management skills. It is not a method of evaluating a Professional’s overall suitability for a vacancy. Only the Recruiter viewing your results will determine whether a particular skill is relevant to a TalentOcean Role posting and whether a Professional is suitable for a TalentOcean Role posting. Joining TalentOcean does not guarantee a job, a job offer, a job offer at a specified salary or further communication or action from a Recruiter. A Recruiter alone determines whether the Professional is suitable based on quantifiable attributes and Scores. ConnectingPM will cancel any applications that do not have a Professional Application and Assessment completed within 30-days. You acknowledge that these disclaimers are sent at the discretion of the ConnectingPM and that ConnectingPM will determine if the Professional can re-apply in the future.

 

You acknowledge and understand that Recruiters and Employers (or their employment agents) select which Professionals are associated with their open positions, ConnectingPM does not determine which Professionals are selected, and ConnectingPM cannot influence Recruiters’ or Employers’ choice. You agree that ConnectingPM is not responsible for providing alternative screening methods as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act or other equivalent legislation, and that Recruiters and Employers are solely responsible for providing such alternative methods. If you require a modified form or alternative methods for a TalentOcean Assessment, screening or application, you must indicate this to the Recruiter. ConnectingPM may provide a means for you to request such an alternative method or solution from the Recruiter. ConnectingPM makes no warranty that the Recruiter has received or will respond to any such request. ConnectingPM does not warrant that the delivery method of an Employers recruitment process will comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act or any equivalent law.

 

You agree and acknowledge that TalentOcean Assessments and Profiles can only be useful and valuable if the content is kept confidential. You therefore agree to keep the content of TalentOcean Assessments and Scores confidential and not to reproduce or discuss them with others, except for communications between you and a Recruiter or Employer about the TalentOcean Assessment you received and the Score you received from ConnectingPM.

 

ConnectingPM may remove Assessments from the Platform with or without cause and without any obligation or notice.

 

ConnectingPM does not guarantee that the Recruiter will view associated applications, notifications or updates. This includes Assessments, Profiles, Appraisals, Scores and questions regarding alternative application methods.

 

ConnectingPM may also offer you the option to retake an Assessment (after proven training or 6-months). Your Score will then be associated with your TalentOcean Professional Profile and updated on the Platform. You cannot control whether the Score is available to Recruiters viewing the Platform.

 

As a Professional, you agree that your Scores, applications, and other communications through the TalentOcean for Professionals service will be processed and analyzed by ConnectingPM in accordance with this Agreement and the Privacy Policy from ConnectingPM. You request and authorize ConnectingPM to make the data submitted in your Professional Applications and Scores available on the Website, to any Recruiters requesting your details in the form of TalentOcean Professional Insight. You understand that this is without warranty and that ConnectingPM reserves the right to display or reformat Scores in a manner that allows Recruiters to view your Scores along with Scores from other Professionals. ConnectingPM may collect the results of the Assessments of all selected Professionals for the purpose of displaying the percentile for your Scores. You also acknowledge that your request to ConnectingPM to send your Scores to a Recruiter cannot be cancelled and ConnectingPM does not warrant that any Recruiter will receive, access, read or respond to the Score, or that no errors occur in the data transfer. However, ConnectingPM may notify you when any of the above events occur.

 

ConnectingPM is not acting as an employment agency by providing the TalentOcean for Professionals service. By joining the TalentOcean for Professionals service, you acknowledge and agree that ConnectingPM’s involvement is limited to identifying and screening qualified Professionals for Recruiters. ConnectingPM provides only a tool that allows Recruiters to engage at their discretion. TalentOcean Professionals are solely responsible for the content in their Professional Applications and the Scores in their Assessment, requests for interviews or offers, any issues arising from a job acceptance or refusal, and any other issues arising from the ConnectingPM TalentOcean for Professionals service.

 

As a TalentOcean Professional, you agree that all rights you have under applicable employment, equality and discrimination laws, the US Fair Credit Reporting Act, corresponding state laws, and similar laws regulating consumer or credit reporting agencies in other countries can only be invoked against the Employer.

 

ConnectingPM has no outside interest in or liability for any agreements between an Employer and a Professional, regardless of whether ConnectingPM receives any compensation from the Employer in connection with the transaction. ConnectingPM shall not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of or in connection with any such transaction.

 

ConnectingPM is not responsible, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, validity, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of the Platform and the ConnectingPM Assessments tool.

  

As a TalentOcean Professional, you take various actions on our Platform and provide various types of information. For example, you search for jobs and ConnectingPM knows and records information regarding the jobs you search for and select, as well as the location of those jobs, the general salary range, or the level of experience of the jobs you view (if specified in the TalentOcean Role Postings), the TalentOcean Role Postings you respond to, the amount of activity or time of your most recent activity on ConnectingPM, information you provide directly to ConnectingPM including desired salary or previous experience, or information in the “About Me” section of your TalentOcean Profile or other conduct of you on the Platform or other information you provide. You know exactly which data this is because you are the person who provided the information or performed the activities and because the data only relates to your activities. If you submit a Professional Application and Assessment, you agree that ConnectingPM may associate this data with your TalentOcean Insight and use the recorded factual data to present job opportunities and your anonymous profile to Recruiters who may be interested in a person who matches their job vacancies. You also agree that ConnectingPM may contact you based on this observed behaviour or information provided on behalf of Recruiters or ConnectingPM itself. Please note that the above actions do not include any information sent by you to a third party. ConnectingPM will not post any personally identifiable information on our Platform including your resume and personal introduction. Your information will only be shared with Recruiters who are paid Clients of ConnectingPM’s TalentOcean or TalentOcean Premium Services (see Terms of Service).

 

14. TalentOcean Profile Product Terms for Professionals, Learners, Supervisors or Recruiters

 

Based on the selected Service, there are a predefined number of TalentOcean Professional Roles and associated TalentOcean Profiles you are eligible to request. Any requests that exceed the number available can be purchased at the presented rate or the Client’s request will be rejected. The Client will receive an email with the option to purchase (via payment link).

 

Professional Profiles are provided as a "point in time" document for each purchase. Where a Professional Profile has been updated the Client may, at their own discretion, re-purchase an updated version which will be decremented using the same accounting process as for the initial Professional Insight purchase.

 

15. Terms for TalentOcean Profile derived from TalentOcean Roles

 

Based on a published TalentOcean Role, the predefined number of TalentOcean Profiles will be available to the Client during the period. ConnectingPM informs all Professionals when their Professional Profile have been requested. The Client agrees to inform ConnectingPM of any Professional Profile that will not proceed to a formal interview within 5 business days and ConnectingPM will notify the Professional that the Client has decided to pursue other Professionals.

 

TalentOcean Profile Use Restrictions

 

The Client will not - and will not allow - third parties under its control to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract any content of the Services (except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law).

 

TalentOcean Profile Service Period and Termination

 

This Agreement will remain in effect from the date the Client subscribes to the Service, “Effective Date” until the Client cancels the Service in the Client portal or is terminated in accordance with the Agreement. When applicable, the Client will receive regular email notifications regarding the Service renewal date which will automatically be charged using the payment method defined during the ordering process.

 

ConnectingPM may terminate or suspend the Client account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if the Client breaches the Agreement.

 

Upon termination, the Client right to use the Service shall cease on the last day of the billing cycle. If the Client wishes to terminate their account, the Client may simply discontinue using the Service.

 

If the Agreement terminates or expires, then all Order Forms also terminate or expire, as applicable. If the Agreement terminates or expires, then all rights and access to the Services under the Agreement will terminate (including access to the Assessment Portal and Client Data).

 

TalentOcean Profile Intellectual Property

 

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of ConnectingPM and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Netherlands and foreign countries. Our copyright, trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ConnectingPM. The Client agrees that:

 

ConnectingPM shall hold the exclusive property rights to the (aggregated and anonymized) test scores and may use these for performing and improving its Services (e.g. questions and answers, benchmarking of scores).

 

TalentOcean Profile Brand Features

 

The Client may not use branding for ConnectingPM or TalentOcean without written consent. Please contact info@talentocean.co.

 

TalentOcean Services Feedback

 

At its option, the Client may provide feedback about the Services to ConnectingPM. If Client provides Feedback, then Client assigns to ConnectingPM all rights, titles, and interests in that Feedback.

 

Commercial Accounts for the TalentOcean Platform

 

When the Client creates an account with ConnectingPM, the Client must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Agreement, which may result in termination of the Clients account on the Service.

 

The Client is responsible for safeguarding the password that is used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under the Client password, whether the password is with the ConnectingPM Service or a third-party service.

 

The Client agrees not to disclose their password to any third party. The Client must notify ConnectingPM immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of the Client account.

 

The Client may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than the Client without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

 

TalentOcean Profile Authorized Use

 

The Client may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the nature and purpose of ConnectingPM.

 

The Client agrees to maintain the privacy of TalentOcean Professionals personal information and to use the data provided by ConnectingPM for the purpose of interviewing, evaluating and hiring TalentOcean for Professionals for opportunities within their companies or on behalf of their clients.

 

The Client must not use the Service to assess Professionals for any jobs which are unlawful, unsafe, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

 

The Client must not use the Service to solicit information from Professionals that could be used to discriminate against them.

 

Unauthorized use of the Service may be a criminal offense and/or give rise to a claim for damages.

 

TalentOcean Profile Marketing and Publicity

 

The Client may state publicly that it is a ConnectingPM or TalentOcean Client and display ConnectingPM or TalentOcean Brand Features in accordance with Trademark Guidelines and this Agreement. ConnectingPM may request in writing to promote the Client as a buyer of ConnectingPM or TalentOcean services. Any use of a party’s Brand Features will insure to the benefit of the party holding Intellectual Property Rights to those Brand Features. A party may revoke the other party’s right to use its Brand Features with written notice to the other party and a reasonable period to stop the use.

 

Billing and Payment Methods

 

TalentOcean Profiles are provided via an in-App Credit System available within Subscriptions and separately, under the general payment terms within this document.

TalentOcean Subscription

 

Monthly 30-days access to all TalentOcean Services for all user types.

100 Credits per subscription month, provided for in-App purchases via the TalentOcean Credit system - full details available here.

By purchasing a subscription product from Connecting PM, you agree to the following terms:

 

Payment

 

Payment is required at the time of purchase using a valid payment method accepted by Connecting PM. The subscription fee is non-refundable, except as required by law. All Subscriptions, Products and Packages are inclusive of VAT in the Total Amount Payable.

 

Validity Period

TalentOcean Roles Product Description

 

TalentOcean Roles delivers:

 

  • A skills-based job specification template, allowing for the conversation of a traditional job offer to a TalentOcean Role.
  • The provision of up to 10 Skills and Levels to be defined in the Role, accessible to Professionals and Applications.
  • A Role template, containing comprehensive details of the Role, as: Role ID | Post Date | Role Name | Role Type | Location | Salary | Start Date | Primary Language | Remote Indicator | Day to Day Responsibilities | Duties | Reporting Structure | Pre-Requisites | Application Instructions | Attachments/Documents | Up to 10 defined Skills and Skill Levels as a Baseline for the Role
  • Publication of a Role on the TalentOcean platform, devised for TalentOcean applicants to review and submit their Profile for consideration.
  • Semi-automated matching of suitable TalentOcean applicants based on client-approved data comparison criteria.

 

TalentOcean Roles Product Terms

 

The following terms apply to your use of TalentOcean Roles:

 

  • You acknowledge that the recommendations provided by TalentOcean Roles are based on data and algorithms and may not always be perfect matches.
  • You agree to use the recommendations provided by TalentOcean Roles in conjunction with other information and your own judgment.
  • You acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any recommendations provided by TalentOcean Roles.

 

TalentOcean Roles Limitations of Product Service

 

Where there are more applicants than purchased under a TalentOcean Profile or TalentOcean Roles product, excess applicants may be withheld. The Client will have the opportunity to purchase a new package (by volume) in order to obtain further TalentOcean Profile for applicants, which will be made available through the provisions of subsequent TalentOcean Profile or TalentOcean Roles purchases.
